Grade Point Average (GPA) Calculation and Laude Distinction
The GPA at RAHS is calculated on an unweighted 4.0 scale, with a minimum of 23 credits required for graduation. Each student must complete 28 hours of community service and pass the civics test (Wis. Act 59). Effective with the Class of 2021, the laude honor system replaced the class ranking system at RAHS. Students can earn a distinction at graduation if they have a high enough laude honor score. Since then, RAHS averages 9.8% Summa Cum Laude, 13.2% Magna Cum Laude and 9.8% Cum Laude.
