Athletic Registration
Welcome to the Reedsburg Area High School athletics registration page. These are the steps you must follow to become fully registered for athletic participation.
Parents and students are encouraged to complete this process together.
Step 1: Please read the documents listed below before proceeding to registration.
You do not need to print out or sign the WIAA Eligibility Information form or the Impact Concussion Testing Consent form. Acknowledgment of reading these forms will take place during the registration process.
Step 2: Complete the On-line Registration Process

Please note: A separate form is needed for each athlete, but only one form is needed per athlete per school year.
Team managers must complete this form as well.
Step 3: Submit athlete's physical card or alternate year card and athletic fee payment
Completed physical or alternate year cards can be turned in at the RAHS Athletics office or emailed to merbs@rsd.k12.wi.us. (You must complete the ENTIRE physical card with student information on top and the parent's signature on the bottom.)
Fees must be paid online through your eFunds account. We are not accepting cash or check. (Fees will not be available until 1-2 weeks into the start of the season. Please wait until they are entered into eFunds to pay.)
Physical card or Alternate Year card
Physical examinations taken April 1 and thereafter are valid for the following two school years; physical examinations taken before April 1 are valid only for the remainder of that school year. The following year you will need an alternate year card on non-physical card years.
Athletes WILL NOT be allowed to participate without having a current physical exam on file.
Parents - Please remember to sign the physical or alternate year card.
