Access to Athletic Training Services
Who: Any RAHS athlete who has completed their online sports registration form has access to athletic training services. *A completed online form is important; this is how AT staff receive “consent to treat” and authorization to share necessary medical information with coaches.
What: Athletic training services include but are not limited to:
- Injury Evaluations
- Treatments
- Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention Programs
- Taping, Ice, First Aid, etc.
- Concussion testing
- Emergency Injury Management
- Athlete/Parent Education
Where: RAHS Athletic Training Room NEW entrance is in the hallway by the JV locker rooms on the first floor.
When: M-F: 3 p.m.-5 p.m.
- End time may vary based on patient load, football practices, and game coverage. End times may also vary slightly with different seasons.
- Summer: Available 8:30-9:30 a.m. Monday-Thursday during Strength and Conditioning Training.
How: Think of Athletic Training Services like orthopedic walk-in care for all RAHS athletes, no appointment needed. However, athletes are encouraged to communicate with their coaches regarding injuries and needing to see AT staff.
