The code of conduct outlines the expectations of students participating in co-curricular/extra-curricular activities. Participation in activities is a privilege earned, in part, by accepting and following the regulations in the code of conduct.

As parents, when your children become involved in our programs, you have the right to understand the expectations that coaches/advisors have of your child. This begins with clear communication from the coach/advisor of your child's program.

Physical Form or Alternate Year Form
Physical examinations taken on April 1 and thereafter is valid for the following two school years; physical examination taken before April 1 is valid only for the remainder of that school year and the following year. You will need an alternate year card on non-physical card years.
Athletes WILL NOT be allowed to participate without having a current physical exam on file.
Parents - Please remember to SIGN the physical or alternate year card.
