Listed below are various Career Exploration resources. Information and resources are also available in the RAHS Counseling Office.
-
Xello: In the fall of 2019, Career Cruising was updated to a new program called Xello. RAHS students will have their general student information and some profile data transferred from previously completed counseling lessons. Xello contains self-exploration and planning tools to help students achieve their potential in school, career and life. Users learn about their interests, skills, preferences, and aspirations so they can explore the opportunities right for them which include post-secondary education and workforce requirements.
- Youth Apprenticeship: Wisconsin's Youth Apprenticeship (YA) program is a part of a statewide School-to-Work initiative. CESA 5 coordinates the Youth Apprenticeship program for 20 high schools. It is designed for high school students who want hands on learning in an occupational area at a work site along with classroom instruction. For more information, interested students and families are encouraged to visit the websites below and plan to speak with a School Counselor.
