How to Use Parchment
Send your official transcript anywhere in the world with just a few clicks. Student, parents, and alumni can use Parchment to send high school transcripts electronically, securely and confidentially, all with real-time tracking. To order your transcript, click the big ORDER YOUR TRANSCRIPT image below. The first thing you will do is create a Learner account, then you will place your order, and then you can track your order 24/7. Utilize the Parchment Student Tool Kit below for tutorials, guides, resources and FAQs.
Visit the Parchment Learner Help Center for resources about using Parchment and resolving problems. If you cannot find an answer to a question and you need additional help, simply click on "Contact Us" on the Parchment Help Center screen to submit a Support Ticket. Parchment Transaction Fee Change: Effective October 1, 2024, Parchment’s standard transaction fee will increase from $4.40 to $4.65 for transcripts. Currently, the cost for enrollment and graduation verifications is $12.75. If you are a current RAHS student and feel that you may qualify for a fee waiver, please contact a School Counselor prior to submitting an order request. (updated 7/29/2024)
