• In early September, school counselors provided seniors with instructions about creating a Parchment Learner Account and sending official transcripts to colleges and technical schools using this method.
• Midyear transcripts were uploaded to the Skyward Portfolio and Parchment in early February.
• Seniors received email reminders in May about final high school transcripts and more.
• Final transcripts uploaded to Parchment on June 12, 2024. Updates posted on the RAHS Counseling website and an email notification was sent to the Class of 2024.

• In late June or early July, updated unofficial transcripts will be uploaded to the Portfolio in Skyward Family Access.

Transcript Reminders for Current RAHS Seniors

• Seniors will be given Parchment instructions and registration codes at a meeting during school in the second week of September as well as reminders throughout the school year about sending transcripts.
  • Students are encouraged to visit the Counseling Office for assistance in creating and using their Parchment accounts.
  • Students should check their school email accounts and/or this website on a regular basis for transcript reminders and updates.
  • Students must use a non-school, personal email address to which they will have access after graduation in order to create a Parchment account and utilize Parchment features. Failure to follow this instruction will lead to accessibility problems and order delays. Only one valid Parchment account is available per student!
• It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that transcript requests are correctly submitted via Parchment within any required time-frame to avoid application or admission delays, withdrawal of financial aid, etc. Students are encouraged to plan ahead in the event that assistance is needed; Counseling Office staffing is limited during holidays and summer months and immediate help may not be available.
• Students should contact the RAHS Counseling Office by calling (608) 768-8928 ext. 1158 or emailing RAHScounseling@rsd.k12.wi.us for information about when initial, midyear and final transcripts will be uploaded onto Parchment and available for student requests. Typically, transcripts for the current grading period are available 2-3 weeks after the semester has ended.
• Students should check with college admissions offices regarding specific requirements and deadlines.
  • Most post-secondary institutions require students to submit initial transcripts in the fall with their applications.
  • Midyear transcripts may also need to be submitted after completion of first semester of senior year.
  • Final transcripts must be submitted in June upon completion of second semester of senior year. It is strongly recommended that students submit their final high school transcripts to the colleges of their choice by July 1.
    • Prior to graduation, emails are sent to seniors containing detailed instructions and reminders about submitting final high school transcripts, along with other important information about scholarships, test scores, Google access, and more.

      • Students have the option of viewing their unofficial transcripts for free on Parchment. After semester grades are posted, students' free unofficial transcripts views are not automatically updated. Regardless of which transcript version is seen in a student's "unofficial self view," the most recent official transcripts will be sent for any order requests.

• A Senior who has already submitted a transcript and/or application to a college must contact the college admissions office before dropping a class from the RAHS schedule to determine if the schedule change could impact the student's admission status.
