Reedsburg Area High School

A high school transcript is the record of the courses completed by an individual in high school. It documents the credit earned for each course, if any, and the final grade earned in each course. Transcripts also include personal information used for identification purposes, including date of birth and address. It usually includes grade point average (GPA), class rank, entry and withdrawal dates, and graduation date, if applicable. An official transcript includes the school seal and an official signature and date; official e-transcripts are electronically stamped and dated.

Important Reminders

• If the individual transferred from RAHS prior to graduation, allow for additional processing time and/or contact the last school attended.
• If the individual withdrew from RAHS prior to earning a diploma, contact the RAHS Counseling Office.
• RAHS does not maintain copies of diplomas.
• Transcripts do not include ACT, SAT, AP scores, etc. Contact the testing agency directly to request that scores be sent to a third party.
• If any transcripted courses were taken while attending RAHS, request an official transcript directly from Madison College (MATC) to be sent to a third party in order to prove credits were earned.
• If any Start College Now (SCN) courses were taken with Madison College (MATC) or Early College Credit Program (ECCP) courses were taken at UW-Platteville Baraboo Sauk County while attending RAHS, request an official transcript directly from the institution to be sent to a third party in order to prove credits were earned. Note: SCN and ECCP courses were formerly known as Youth Options (YO) courses.
